We have helped firms devise their own ethics manuals and socialisation/training programs for sectors as diverse as pharmaceutical; government procurement; the extractives sector, and technology firms. 

 

We have particular experience of helping firms manage state or state agency relations in emerging markets; and in international sanctions compliance.

Drawing on our rich experience of working with firms who have been adversely impacted by corruption or other regulatory non-compliance investigations, and subsequent enforcement action, we understand how illegal non-compliance can develop in otherwise respected and impressive companies. We also understand how some corporate cultures are more vulnerable than others to adverse risks. Prevention is always cheaper and less painful than post-incident cure.
